How it works?

Planning

Dispatcher enters order data into TMS system. The algorithm automatically builds optimal routes, taking into account traffic, transport capacity, accessibility windows and other limitations and priorities. The information is sent to drivers in a mobile application.

Delivery

The driver starts the route by getting step-by-step navigation through the mobile app. GPS monitoring tracks the location of transport, and the TMS system corrects routes in case of traffic jams or changing conditions on the road. Customers receive automatic delivery status notifications.

Monitoring

The introduction of a route assignment allows to organize the actions of the driver and provide control over the execution of the route in real time through GPS and mobile application. This makes it possible to detect lateness, deviations, downtime and react quickly to them. Post-routing analysis helps to improve planning accuracy, reduce costs and avoid abuse.

Automated routing
The system independently creates optimal routes, taking into account more than 15 types of restrictions. Processing thousands of applications takes only a few minutes.
Efficient use of warehouse resources
Optimization of transport loading taking into account the capacities of the warehouse and given working parameters.
Details of the route
For each flight, key data are available: starting and finishing point, total time on the way, calculation of unloading time, as well as car load level by weight and volume (in actual values and percentages)
Optimal delivery sequence
Automatically calculate the unloading time at each point according to the order specification, which helps minimize delays and improve delivery efficiency.

Geocoding of delivery points

Finding missing coordinates
The system analyzes a list of points without geographical coordinates and searches for them in the background.
Automatic data update
Upon completion of the process, the coordinates successfully found are marked with a green check mark, which allows you to quickly verify the results.
Record results and save changes
After determining all coordinates you need to press «Write results» button to save updated data in the system.
Easy integration into the workflow
The system automatically adapts to the user’s workflow. Once the geo-coding process is complete, all received coordinates are saved.

Monitoring

GPS trackers and mobile app for real time
The installation of GPS trackers and mobile applications allows you to track your routes online. This includes tracking delays, deviations from the route, extra turns, downtime and additional mileage.
Prompt adjustment of driver actions
The collected data allows dispatchers or logists to quickly adjust the driver’s route, provide assistance and notify customers of possible delays.
Analysis of deviations and optimization of processes
Route deviation analysis is critical for logistics analysts. This allows you to adjust routes and source data to improve delivery accuracy and predictability, minimizing costs and increasing customer loyalty.

Driver performance report

The Driver Quality Report provides detailed information on the reliability of the marks made by the driver and ensures effective monitoring of his activities.
The punctuality of a mark reflects several factors that influence the correct execution of the driver’s task, such as the timeliness of the mark, the mark within the permissible stop range and other parameters that indicate the accuracy of the driver’s actions.
The report allows you to analyze each driver’s mark in detail, check their validity and evaluate the overall picture of the execution of the route assignment.
The report consists of four main sections that allow for a more in-depth look at different aspects of the driver’s work:

Chatbot

Sending messages after decision approval
The bot chat automatically sends a message to the user after the decision on the task or route has been approved. This helps to inform quickly about changes and status of the task.
Send notifications on the day of delivery
On the day of delivery, the chat bot sends a message to inform you about the status of the order, confirm the date and time of delivery, as well as provide all necessary information for the recipient.
Sending messages on request in telegram-bot
The user can contact chat bot via Telegram to get up-to-date information about the order, route or delivery status. The bot processes requests and sends corresponding messages.
Service delivery assessment
After the delivery or completion of a job, the chat bot asks for an evaluation of the quality of services from the user, which helps to improve the service and collect important feedback.
Sending messages after the driver has visited the previous point
Chat bot sends a notification after the driver visits the previous delivery point. This helps dispatchers and customers to track traffic and route.

Mobile application

Mission information
The mobile app provides the driver with all necessary information about the current mission, including data on delivery points, time and route details. The driver can view the details of the task directly in the application at any time.
Route to the right point
The application automatically maps the optimal route to the required delivery point, taking into account road conditions and restrictions. This helps avoid delays and improves delivery accuracy.
Points route
The driver sees the entire route as a sequence of points, which helps him to orient himself and clearly follow a given path. Each delivery point is displayed with details to avoid missing important places.
Bypass point
If you need to drive around a certain point or area, the app provides the information so that the driver can minimize time and fuel costs.
Call from mobile app
The driver can easily contact the dispatcher or customer directly through the app thanks to the built-in call function. This makes it possible to solve work issues quickly and improves communication.
